Shaped Kebab of pounded lamb blended with, cashew nut, almond and spices, scented with saffron.

Crispy cubes of cottage cheese tossed in indo-chines mix of fresh green chilli, garlic and soya sauce.

FRESH FENUGREEK, ONION AND WATER CHESTNUT PAKORA

Fenugreek leaves, onion and water chestnut fritters with gram flour, green chillies, turmeric and caraway seeds.

RAGRA PATTIES

Lightly spiced potato patties on a bed of white pea masala laced with sweetened yogurt, fruity tamarind and herb chutney.

PUNJABI CHICKEN CURRY

A flavorful chicken dish slow cooked in an intense aromatic curry of ground onion and tomato flavored with whole garam masala a true home-style cooking.

SOUTH INDIAN LAMB CURRY

Boneless marinated lamb leg dices braised in masala of caramelized onions, red chillies, coriander seeds and garam masala, finish with coconut milk.

VEG MAKHANI*

Fresh mixed vegetables in creamy tomato and cashew nut sauce flavoured with dried fenugreek leaves, ginger and honey

SPICED DAL TADKA

Mix dal (lentil) cooked with coriander powder, garam masala and fresh coriander tempered with cumin seeds and whole dried chilli.
